Happy Birthday! 26 isn't old! We are in our prime, my friend. :) Also, hooray for a Kitchen Aid!!! Love love mine. One of my fav recipes . . .
ReplyDeletePumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
15 oz. pumpkin
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 heaping t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 heaping t. pumpkin pie spice
4 c. flour
almost a whole bag milk choc. chips
Mix everything together in order (in your new Kitchen Aid). Drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Makes about 6 dozen. They freeze well and are seriously amazing.
YAY for 26!!! You are going to love your kitchenaid!! That's the same thing I got for MY 26th birthday! Smart husbands- they are the ones that will benefit from that present :)
