wouldn't you love to own a restored vintage rotary telephone?
they remind me of my cute grandma. miss her.
while i wouldn't pay $200 for it at anthro,
i'm surprised i haven't stumbled upon one,
somewhere along one of my many thrifting trips.
if it wasn't restored, it would at least make a great toy for kids.
maybe i should buy one on ebay, like this one here, here and here.
such a cute phone :) just found your blog - it's so pretty
ReplyDeleteah yes! this is one item I've always wanted and couldn't hold back from playing with at my grandparents! I say you buy one from ebay :)

ReplyDeleteLOVE the lemon yellow but i remember the days when rotary was the only option (yups, i'm an old bloggin' biddy ;) and let me tell ya you dreaded the phone numbers with 9 in the mix. it took forever to make it's way back around - haha. ♥
